Noise Measurement and noise reduction

Be it due to road, rail or flight traffic, car parks or even industrial and leisure facilities, noise is the most heavily perceived environmental pollution. This is just one of the reasons why noise protection is one of the most significant tasks in the environmental protection programme of Lech-Stahlwerke.

On one side, the goal is to keep on decreasing the present level of noise in accordance with the existing legal requirements. On the other side, preventive noise protection is also an essential part of our daily work.

Our investment programme is also aimed at improving our production process itself in this respect.

Over the past years we have successfully worked on improving the noise situation. And we will continue to do so in future.
